The Educational Campaign for Children and Women : A Scholarship Programme

ASMITA, the one and only multi–faceted women’s media organization in the country has been using different types of mass media for the continuous advocacy of women’s human rights, gender equality and women's empowerment. 

In its effort, now ASMITA  is stepping forward with a special campaign to provide the needy children and women their educational right. After careful consideration and discussion with our board and staff, we concurred—the organization needs a large savings account to permanently assist children and women all over the country, Nepal.

On the context, we have just started the campaign by partially sponsoring two blind women, residential on Palpa and Nawalparasi for joining Proficiency Certificate Level. They had recently passed the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examination scored with 1st division.

Hence, we, the entire team of ASMITA, would like to wish them every success in their life. As well as those who are interested to support those needy talented students to fulfill their aim can contact us at ASMITA.
